After submitting the reviews, just send an email to support@optisigns.com with:

• Two screenshots of the dated email confirmations from G2 and Capterra.
• First Name, Last Name used in the review
• The billing Email address associated with your OptiSigns account that you want the discount to be applied to.
• 1-2 sentences of what you wrote in the review (for match up purpose).
  **Cannot be submitted as anonymous.
  ***Also, post slightly different reviews on Capterra and G2 to increase the chance of acceptance by the platforms

It may take a few business days for the reviews to be approved by Capterra and G2. The reviews must be approved in order to get the discount.

If you have paid before we applied the discount, we will credit you the pro-rated amount. If you haven't done so already, you can sign up for a 14-day free trial and try out our software before leaving a review.
