OptiSigns now supports Samsung Smart Signage Platform (SSSP)

As consumer needs have evolved and more businesses recognize the value of digital signage to showcase products and services many brands have updated the variety of display offerings available to business owners, taking into account the needs of each of them, especially the ones with longer continuous operation needs.

Why use commercial displays?

Most commercial displays are built for 24/7/365 longer continuous operation and with higher quality and more durable parts. Commercial screens are designed to last longer than consumer TVs and Smart TVs, even with the increased hours of operation.

Another good feature is its brightness, as consumer displays are typically set around 250-500 nits brightness. This makes them difficult to view in bright environments and absolutely pointless in direct sunlight used as a window display. Specific commercial displays are designed for high-bright conditions with brightness ratings of up to 700 (for bright internal areas) and up to 3000 nits (for window and outdoor environments). These displays also pack a punch with wide viewing angles and high contrast ratings.

What is Samsung SSSP?

Samsung SSSP (Samsung Smart Signage Platform) powered displays are one of the most popular commercial-grade TV screens that are used in restaurants, retails, hotels, healthcare, and many businesses.

Samsung’s commercial-grade smart signage displays are built for professional use and up to 24/7 continuous operation. They are very durable and reliable, have a long life cycle, and can be purchased around the world without a problem. Its features include portrait and landscape orientation support, built-in WiFi, Quad-Core processors, and a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

Size Range

SSSP displays offer a wide variety of sizes, from 10” to 82” to suit most digital signage needs. Whether you need a 10” for room booking, 40″s for your digital menu boards, or even an 82” to be the centerpiece of your retail store, there is a different SSSP display for every need.

Brightness Rating

Samsung’s SSP displays are also available in high bright editions suitable for window or out-of-home displays. Boasting 2,500 nit ultra-high brightness, 5000:1 contrast in 46, 55, and 75” models that surely will catch the attention of any passerby, at all times.
