A subprocessor is a third-party vendor OptiSigns engages to help deliver the service — cloud hosting, databases, payments, support tooling, and the like. The authorized list below is part of our Data Processing Addendum, and customers receive 14 days advance written notice of subprocessor changes, with a right to object.
All authorized subprocessors are located in the USA, with two exceptions: Transloadit (Germany) and TypeForm (Spain). OptiSigns maintains a vendor directory and reviews critical vendors' compliance reports under a formal Vendor Management Policy — a SOC 2-tested control with no exceptions noted.
